Baptism (or Christening)
We welcome you, your baby or child to come to us for baptism (sometimes called Christening). Baptism is an important sacrament of our church and a blessing for you and your family. We do not charge for baptisms, it is our pleasure to celebrate with you!

If you would like to be baptized, or have your child baptized, we invite you to call the church and make an appointment to meet with the pastor. Rev. Liz will go over the promises made during baptism and talk to you about your readiness for the sacrament of baptism. Except for very unusual circumstances baptisms are done during one of our Sunday morning worship services (beginning at 10 am) when the congregation is present. This gives us an opportunity to welcome you or your child to the great community of the worldwide Church.
Funerals and Memorial Services

Rev. Liz is available to lead funeral and memorial services at the church, at your preferred funeral parlor, or at a gravesite. Please contact the church if you would like this service, or if you need someone to talk to following a loss. (There is a financial charge for funeral and memorial services.)
Weddings

Rev. Liz is open to officiating weddings at the church and other locations and would be delighted to officiate for same sex couples. Couples of differing faith traditions or no faith tradition are welcome. Rev. Liz would help the couple craft a ceremony that is most meaningful for them. This service would involve three meetings with the couple, to prepare for marriage and the wedding. Please contact the church if this is a service you would like. (There is a financial charge for marriage preparation and wedding ceremonies.)
